These Terms of Service apply to your use of https://llovelynails.com, our SMS program and services booked with L. Lovely Nails, 210 E Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004. By using the site, booking a service or opting in to texts, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Restriction 18+

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our website, book online or enroll in our SMS program. Clients under 18 may receive services at the salon when a parent or guardian books for them and gives consent.

2. SMS Program Description

The L. Lovely Nails Appointment and Offer Alerts program sends text messages to clients who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive the following message types from L. Lovely Nails:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Rescheduling and cancellation notices
• Replies to questions you send us
• Occasional promotional offers and salon updates (only with separate marketing consent)

Message frequency varies. Promotional messages are limited to up to 4 per month. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and coverage, and L. Lovely Nails is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not received.

8. Cancellation Policy

We hold your chair and your technician's time for you, so please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Call (847) 577-0925 or reply to your reminder text.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be asked to pay a deposit to book future appointments
• If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule so the next client isn't kept waiting
• Gift cards are non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash
• Guarantee repairs on no-chip and dip powder follow the terms on our services page and must be booked with the original technician

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
